Chris Landa | Owner & President

Chris is the owner and President of Landa Financial Services, Inc. With over two decades of experience in the financial and insurance industry he brings professionalism and experience to his practice and clients. Landa Financial specializes in servicing business owners and key executives to help with services such as buy-sell funding, key person indemnification, split dollar insurance, salary continuation planning and deferred compensation.

Mr. Landa received his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Montana. From there he ventured west to Seattle and joined Prudential in 1988. Landa Financial Services, Inc. was chartered in 1998. Chris lives in the Edmonds area with his wife and three children.

Erica Parker | Insurance Producer

Erica is an administrative assistant and account manager at Landa Financial Services, Inc. Erica services and maintains clients investments and insurance needs. Erica is trained to help in proposals, sales, underwriting and in-force policy upkeep. Erica brings a youthful insight and critical thinking to our company allowing us to see new creative ways of approaching daily tasks.

Erica recently graduated from the University of Washington with her Bachelors of Arts in law, economics, and public policy. From here she plans to gain experience in the business and legal field before she attends law school.
